★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give zero star but it's not possible , the only reason for zero star is the behavior of the shop owner. He is so rude not give the proper answer of the questions. I ask the price of cort ad810 on the phone call he told me 9000 that time and when i reached at shop on same day he told me the price of the guitar is increased u have to pay 9500, so tell him that on phone call u told 9k and now u asking for 500 more and he says " lena he to lo argument mat karo" mean u r not the teacher and I'm not ur student so i have to argue i am a customer and u have to be polite, so be kind with your customer and please change your behavior. Owner of heaven music please Go to another shop and learn how to communicate or deal with your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I reached at that shop to buy a guitar the shop was half closed and they said to come after 4pm and when we were leaving the owner called us and was saying like "Aap ko kya lena hai ? Agar kuch fix hai aur lena hi hai to hi bolna !!'
What's that behaviour ?!
Agar mujhe guitar lena hai to 1-2 guitars dekhu bhi nhi kya ?!

I went to this shop to buy my first guitar(yamaha f310) because it wasnt available in most of the shops in ahmedabad and when i called its owner he said he has one last piece left of this guitar. Because it was my first guitar so I had no idea how to check guitar quality so I bought it. After some time I bought another same(f310) guitar from another shop in ahmedabad and then I came to know ki new guitar ki packing hi alag hoti hai.
