★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. They burn your skin despite you instructing them about it being sensitive. Unprofessional staff who doesn’t care at all about it’s customer. They burnt my chin and upper lips so bad that mark has been left. The opener doesn’t care at all about the behaviour and fault of her staff. In fact, after burning you have to ask them for ice, because they lack common sense as well. The worst Palour. Pathetic is the term. I wish could rate them in negative!
