I think he should be fierd by company.
Please dont book though heena tours .
They dont give hotel as per catloge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of attention on Breakfast, lunch and dinner during New Zealand tour. It feels as if one has come to eat and not for sightseeing . If u r planning for tour abroad than it is better to deal with Mumbai office.

Note:- I travelled in Sikkim tour so that my this review is relating with only Sikkim tour.
I travelled on Sikkim tour for 11 days,that was fabulous and heena's staff like tour managers(Ankit,Madan,Satya),and cooking staff are so humble,they facilitated us very well.,in this metter I give 5 star out of 5 to heena Tours.
(I travelled at 31 October to 10 November in Sikkim EP 1 and Group B plan.)
But after the package(if tourist choose to stay extra day after tour package, by own expenses) tourist should book the hotel by self because in that regard we do not get good experience,in that sense heena can get 2 star out of 5.
Heena takes the high charges but I felt satisfied with them service in tour package.,
After package if we stay extra days on own expenses and we went to book by heena Tours, very expansive and no got the service so that if you think to stay extra days then book the hotels by yourself ,not via heena Tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wud like to give rating in minus.. they charge 5000₹ nonrefundable amount just for an inquiry into custodes tour. How can a couple decide of selecting a travel company without knowing an avg approx estimate of his package.. worst service ever..
