★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw one issue with the product which I missed at the time of buying. Next day I called them replace my product. After sending them more details about issue, Helios team never bother to reply. They are very poor to serve customers after customer buy anything from their store.
Good thing is they will serve you best before buying ?.
Suggestions for Helios Team: Please serve your customer later also. I know you are doing business but I feel healthy customer relations is also important for business which I feel you don't even know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with customer service. I bought new watch got scratched next day. I went to the store for help they didn't not refund or replaced for my watch. I'm not happy at all RIP my 18000 Rs. I'm strongly say no to this store.
