★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Hello car service, recently i booked Xuv300 for our malvan-goa trip and seriously car was extremely good..we (me and my 4 friends) seriously enjoyed a lot, cars pickup and average was also very good, all cars are well maintained.
Just after few days i again booked a car for my 3 days trip to my hometown.
I just want to add one suggestion to the owner that he should change tyres of white Swift . Otherwise all cars are very good..
Owner is very polite, and cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience with Hello cars . We hired Grey Baleno for three days , the car is in great condition. The owner was ready with the car in the airport before our arrival . After just few basic checks , he handed over the car to us. In between there was no interference from the owner. On the third day , we went to the airport and he came there and instantly returned the deposit money . There was no problem at all with the service. We thoroughly enjoyed our Pune trip . Thanks to hello cars ! Will definitely suggest to our friends and relatives .

Positives: 1.transparent conversation (no fake promises)
2.hassle free delivery
3. Online payments available
4. Cash deposite or two wheeler as a deposite option available
5.Rate can be bargained
Negatives: 1.Timing of car delivery.(sometimes car available after 1or 2hrs delay)
2.pickup point for hadapsar is kharadi (quite long).they can drop a vehicle at request.
Overall is good, can go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My booking was for a week and I had selected the xuv300 diesel. The torque and fuel efficiency are pretty impressive as this was my first experience driving it. I chose hello cars based on the google reviews and it was 100% justified. They are professional, courteous, prompt, transparent (absolutely no hidden charges) and very affordable compared to bigger competitors. Only suggestion is condition of the car could have been better i.e. in my case braking at highway speeds lacked reassurance and seats were soiled. Can't blame them because of how few patrons treat and drive the vehicle.
