Very good app.. I always used this app when ever I have any doubts.. tutors also very good and they having very good patience.. Really Nice app But you people do some betterments in this app..Sometimes when I submitted my question also it just rotated like 36,35...... upto 0. then it will close......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good team of teachers they have. I booked for Java trainer for my son who is doing 10th class CBSE. Tutor was technically good and can able to understand the student well and train on weakness. Kudos to Durga who organized this well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good. But their policies are not tutor friendly. You will not get the payments if you have to leave the job due to medical conditions also. They will pay you nothing for the classes you have taken if you stop tutoring even you have medical emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two kids and i took a 24 hour package for both of them. However, Hello Class gave only 24 hours in total for both kids and charged for both separately quoting a discount for the second child. When this discrepancy was informed to them they immediately decided to refund. It is now more than 25 days and I havent as yet received a refund. Now they don't respond to calls ..But during enrolment it was immediate payment. If this is not cheating what is?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company has good faculty but worst management. They charged a certain amount for Home Tutoring. During Lockdown, classes were conducted thru online (Zoom App). When asked for discount they blatantly refused and are saying that the charges are the same for Home tutoring and for Online, which is atrocious.
All the Monies are collected in advance hence the customers are taken for granted and made to danced to their tunes.
None of the initial Interactions is recorded as they prefer only talking on phone and put on mail only the minimal details. Earlier during the Intial discussions, they discussed a lot of stuff but nothing was recorded, hence they are bluntly refusing the that mentioned on the discounts.
My humble request to all the parents looking for Home tutoring is that not to engage with this company.

He keeps his lesson effective, engaging and fun. My brother is able to stay focus and overcome his fear of writing. We definitely plan to keep working with HelloClass.
