★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to stay for newcomers in Pune and I strongly recommend ONLY TO THOSE who DO NOT want a return of the heavy deposit after completing their stay.
The Operations Team(Satish) and Locations Team(Amit) are quite helpful and co-operative, however Finance Team(Navneet Mishra) are equally neglectful, irresponsible and ignorant towards their customers.
Their heedless attitude is evident in a way, that they never respond your calls or messages and it will take you 6-7 reminder emails for them to look at your concern.
They do not return the Heavy Deposit on time after the end of tenancy, and even if they do after delay, they return only a minuscule part of the refund stating that the major part was Pending Due towards Rent.
Interacting with them will truly test your patience, endurance and stoicism and really make you regret your decision of choosing Hello World as your Co-Living place.
It will take you approx 25+ emails, 50+phone calls to explain them the actual refund amount and finally they return the refund amount after 49-50 days of reminding.
In short, you would receive your refund only after approx 50 days inspite Hello World promising to return the refund in 7 days. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eon kaharadi has Lot's of mosquitos , hard water , no security guard , your issues are not resolved . Not recommended . Disappointed with the service .the customer's care service is rude and disconnects call on face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my tenancy here, never once I defaulted on my rent payments but would infact ensure timely payments. Once the pandemic started, I started receiving reminder calls to pay my rent month on month regardless of such difficult times instead of being considerate. That I guess is too much to ask. I vacated the flat in July giving one month's notice in advance. It's October now and I have still not received my complete deposit back. There is no response to my dozens of emails, absolutely ridiculous charges added at the time of move out which were unheard of. What are these separate move in charges for? In addition to move out charges of 2k which m already bearing. Deposit was supposed to be refunded within 7 days, why wasn't it done? We are expected to pay rent on time even during a pandemic , late pay charges are added otherwise. Why doesn't the same rule apply to you? No one bothered to get in touch with me to answer to my questions raised. I would not recommend this place to anybody. After waiting for such a long time, I am forced to take out my frustration here! You guys did not leave me a choice.

I am posting this as a resident of HelloWorld to make you all aware about what HELLO WORLD LIVING is...
Yesterday 27th of August 2021, I had my Bike Stolen from HELLO WORLD EON, WAGHOLI, from the parking basement itself in broad daylight at around 2 Pm, which I came to know when I was back from the office in the evening. The moment I realised that the bike was missing, I informed my Flatmate and thereafter we decided to inform the property manager and after informing him, we all started searching for it in local areas, however this was expected, we couldn't trace it.
After returning back to HelloWorld, we started checking for the CCTV footage. To my utter shock and dismay, most of the CCTV cameras weren't working. Luckily I found one or two cameras which were functioning but it was hard to get the sequence of the footage, but I still managed to get some footage.
Now here I need to raise my concern in a pleasant daylight. 2 of the thieves came inside the property, they walked through the basement, checked the property area and then easily stole the bike. Where is the security? Is this kind of service provided to the client? As per the Hello World many of the other policies they have mentioned about the gate security. Where was it? Whom should I blame for this?? Are we paying for this kind of service? Who is going to take the responsibility? It was my day-night earning, from what I bought a new bike... who is going to bring back my stolen bike?? I definitely need an answer for this HELLO WORLD EON.
Moreover, if these thieves can enter easily, any one can enter the property of HELLO WORLD EON, there are girls staying upstairs, we are not at all safe at such a place where there is no security. Who is responsible for all this situation? HELLO WORLD EON all your policies are in the written format, there is no actual representation of any services.
HELLO WORLD EON WE NEED ANSWERS..
WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF MY STOLEN BIKE ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been staying here for more than 3 months now and it's an amazing living space with all the basic amenities provided and a very pocket friendly rent. The staff is incredibly nice and polite. Located at a mere 10 min distance from both kharadi and vimaan naagar this place is a great find.
