★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not of any use. They take basic subscription 999/- and you can only view or call for maid options till 10 days.
After 10 days you have to pay again to subscribe. Your contacts should be approached within 10 days only. It's a cheat plan on customer, so you keep paying during this pandemic time hoping to get better option. And maids aren't for 24 hours during lockdown. They are visiting and doing part-time only. Most of the time they will not pick your call and they will lapse after 90 days. Fraud business. Please don't fall in their trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience while hiring maid from helper 4u, first I paid 500 bucks to get the contacts and once the maid confirmed that she is ok to work we paid for the background verification, the very next day when the maid was supposed to come she did not turn up, it was mentally and financially very taxing. Now we are approaching agencies for hiring help, yes they do charge the fees but at least they provide some assurity of getting a decent help

I paid them for the customized package to find a maid which included 1 replacement. The first maid they sent didn't knew any work and created tik tok videos only. After replacing, they sent a nurse and asked her to join for a week till she could find any other work. When i discussed this with them, they refused and said that my package was over, and didn't give any refund, replacement or service.
The replaced maid was so abusive, that she abused us when we asked her to do some household work. Helper4u staff didn't take any action against this which is really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose the customized hiring for a babysitter/maid. Charged 1524 right away. They informed on the same day that they couldn't find anyone for my location, I asked for a refund. They said it will be enabled after 24 hours.
Then after 3 days they shared a profile of a lady who has a 8 months old baby she wants to bring to work and ready to do the work. I have a 1 year old baby, how on earth a lady who has a baby already will take care of another baby and also do household work? This is also inhuman on many grounds. Moreover, I thought since I didn't use the service, they will process the refund for me, since I needed someone urgently, I hired someone part-time during their *extensive research process*
(which includes falsely informing the customer that a refund will be processed and sharing a profile after 3 days that for sure wouldn't match the need of the customer in the first place)
Because I needed someone urgently to take care of my baby even for a few hours.
So in short, I didn't even utilized their service for the 5% of work they did, well within the trial period, I asked for a refund.
When asked they straightforwardly denied the refund stating that customized hiring is a non-refundable process. You may make thousand rules as a business, but when it comes to customer satisfaction, rules can always be bent if the request is geniune, but no, they still hang on the 1980's formula of holding money of customers, and thinking they will remain in business forever.
FYI, this doesn't work in 2022 helper4U.
And thank you so much for making me extra careful with similar service portals like yours. The key here is to not pay even a penny to these sorta services until and unless you finalize a candidate. This advice costed me 1524 rs, please save yours and avoid them on all costs.
