If we dont pay they will not give delivery for next gas or they will deliver delay next time it's happening since long time

Delivery agent asks for more and if ask reasons, they will delay the delivery or will not deliver at all.
Booking for refill is always getting harder - have to try 6-7 times every month to get booking confirmed.
