★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them first for company registration. They promised it will be done in 13 days but took more than a month to complete it, saying govt. was busy with IT filing, so they didn't have time to file the company registration!
Next, I went to them for a simple ROI calculation on 25th Oct. I needed a ROI formula around my terms. I wanted to enter my business plan in a competition, the last date of which was 30th Oct. Umesh Joshi wasn't in Pune, so he sent me to Shubham Shah. Shubham said they can do it and it won't take much time. But then he said they were busy with IT filing, the last date of which was also 30th Oct. As a result, I sent my business plan without ROI calculation. Early Nov, I called up Umesh Joshi who had returned to Pune. He said, "send me your business plan" so I did. Then a few days later, he said Shubham will work on it and he will call me. I waited and waited and waited. Then I started calling Shubham. He wouldn't even pick up my calls, nor answer in a simple SMS indicating he was away or busy or will call back or that he was working on it. It is 13th Nov today and NOBODY in the entire office full of CAs and intern CAs could come up with a simple formula to calculate ROI. They didn't even have the simple courtesy to pick up a call or SMS and now Shubham is saying he has a family emergency. I would have even empathised with him. Who doesn't have a family problem once in a while? But don't you even tell your office that are away? Your office people have been telling me EVERYDAY that Shubham will call you. Why?? And who is going to bring back my lost days?? My chance at the competition? Or my chance at raising funds? I even told Umesh Joshi that I needed to raise funds during Nov and Dec so as to start my ops in Jan. Half of Nov. has gone by and my prospective funders, to whom I had mentioned that my business plan is ready and I am only awaiting the ROI formula from my CA, think that I am not ready enough. They are losing interest. Its like you were told about a very good financial scheme that you want to invest in, but the company takes forever to come up with how much you should invest and how much you will get in return. How many days, after getting to know about the scheme, will you wait to put your money into it? If the company doesn't give you ROI calculation soon, will you not think, "Abhi ye haal hai toh aage returns kya milenge?" THEY WASTED MY TIME, THEY RUINED MY IMAGE, AND DON'T EVEN FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE TREATED ME WRONG BY NOT PICKING UP MY CALLS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t join this firm !! They are highly unprofessional. This is for who want to join this firm as employee. Don't join this firm they make you fool. I never saw such massive and unsystematic work system. I joined as qualified company secretary and my joining was very smooth but later on they make me feel very bad . They give very bad laptop and nit even bothered about it. I told many time to change it but as there is lack of management . The manager Neha mahadhik is lier. She can lie straightforward so dont believe in her words. I don't know how she became manager as she don't know how to manage firm. Be aware before joining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It better to throw away your money than to take services from this firm. They will waste your time and at last you will waste your money on them. “0” level of knowledge. A fish market can be certified more professional than this office. No one…no one at all know how to behave or talk to clients. This firm is full of unprofessional and dumb associates. Even the management is slower than a sloth to take any action to escalations. You can better rate and work with any other firm.
