Once You Buy A Cycle...... It's All Over.
The Owner Lady Is Too Arrogent And Has No Consern For Service. They Do Not Care For Costumers Issues. I Will Never Recommend This Place To Anyone. Very Bad Heramb Cycles.
Yes You Did & We Also Waited...... But When The Work Was Done With Other People, You Asked The Mechanics To DoThe Work Which Was Pending For Days And Not Ours As We Were Waiting For Long. And It's Not About Negative Publicity..... It's All About Your Arrogent Behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Bad Experience With Heramb Cycles. They Only Want To Sell The Goods. No After Sale Service Quality. We've Bought Total 4 Cycles From Them But The Last We Bought On 20th Of Nov For My Niece. From Day 2 It Showed Problems With Rear Wheel Bearings.
When We Went There For Service ,Just To Avoid The Free Service, The Very Arrogant Lady Owner Made Us Wait For Atleast 2/3 Hours. At Last When We Took The Cycle Without Repairing, Shameless People Didn't Even Said That We'll Get It Done. This Is Their Attitude For Costumers. I'll Never Recomend This To Anyone Else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although cycles quality is very good at herambh but but the service is very very bad they always do come tomorrow and come tomorrow. This is the not the way to treat the customers. I am very sad that herambh is treating their customers in this way. Earlier herambh was well known for its service under the owner uncle of that shop. But now they just going down and down....??

Owner (Mam) was given fantastic deal when we purchased cow boy hero brand bicycle.. so cooperative and satisfied while bought bicycle. I recommend to all those willing to buy new bicyle...pl go to shop and buy.
They have all the variety of brands in bicycle, you will be loved it.. Also representative are so cooperative and well explained to customer...
