This is something I was promised to be paid within an hour on multiple occasions by Pravin. I have saved all his messages promising the same to me. So if anybody wants to contact me, can do so. Will share my experience with all. Unprofessional dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased 2 cars and sold my own car (total 3 deals at a time) thru this dealer (Heritage cars/Heritage enterprise) on 04-01-2022.. The owner Praveen, promised to give all doucments pertaining these cars viz. RTO submission acknowledgment and other important documents related to transfers, RC, HP-Noc etc on making payment. Further he also promised to get the car transfer in my name and complete all necessary procedure within two months. More than three months have passed but he has not done this work till date (12-04-2022). Now he does not attend my calls and does not respond. When I go his office personally, he abuses me and says " go and do whatever you want to do" as he doesn't care . He said you can even go to police station and complain as he his not afraid of Police. He has still not transferred the cars in my name and has not completed RTO due procedure. I want all the prospective customers to be very aware before getting into deal with him. Initially, at the time of entering into deal he his very sweet, tactful and sober-behaving but once you give the payment he is starts neglecting towards your queries, complaints, and completion of paper & RTO transfer work. I had a very bad experience dealing with this dealer. He is zero in the name of service to customers. I also request prospective customers to thoroughly check the cars before taking the delivery and making payment. Also get all documents in your possession at the time of deal. Latter he will harass you for the same. Where the hell in our country it takes 4 months to get the RC transfer in buyers name thru RTo ? Till date I still suffer and face the harassment by this dealer for keeping trust on him. I would definitely not suggest to deal with him as there are other good dealers in market. I would also complain to OLX auto about this dealer's false tactics.
Once again I will request all the prospective customers, and the customers who are dealing with him now, to be very cautious and alert and restraint from dealing with him.
If he starts with good behaviour and tactfully, immediately get aware that he is going to trap you.
You will regret with his service, dealing, behavior, luring tactics etc. once you deal with him..
I would give minus 5 stars ( - five stars) if I can give.
