★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steps for all who are struggling to get Claim, getting claim is almost like winning a case in court :
1) Please communicate through email for all your communication
2) All Original Documents must scan and keep a copy with you before dispatching, please note down Courier tracking number and keep a follow up with them for receiving. Take photos / videos of courier document packing before dispatch. Once receive at there end please ask which all documents they have received. Because they may ask same documents again and again (i have to provide 3 times)
3) If any observation in some document, please ask specifically what is the problem with that document on mail and communicate point to point
4) Still if slow / no response - get legal help (onlinelegalindia.com is good platform) - around 2000 INR fees.
5) You can complaint to IRDAI (Online) for unnecessary delays / demands.
It took me more than 1 year to claim, but once i started following above procedure it took 2 months more to get amount finally credited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Calls get picked up a long time, then will pass the buck to hospital and in between disconnect the call. Then I called them, told them to change their EPABX system, the caller at the other end asked me to speak professionally and disconnected the call. Horrible. I am going to request for a change of TPA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service, inspite of death of the insured from 6months ,the agent our agent kamal is not even answering our calls, you can imagine the level of trust you get from this Heritage company after you have lost an earning member of family who regularly used to deposit his premium on time . This is what we get in return, no reimbursement even after death 7months gone, still waiting..

When you send them email, some robotic reply keeps on coming; even after sending all documents; they keep on saying document not submitted! Such a painful experience I am going through after loosing my dad!
