Very ill mannered. He and his staff doesn't know how to behave to his customers. Very poor dealing.
If you complain about the product purchased then he behaves very arrogantly.
Please don't go there to get anything. At the last you'll come with insult.
Preposterous people.

β β β β β Price is very high compare to other shops. Illiterate staff they don't know about products. Owner is very rude. If you come in luxury car then he talk to you otherwise his behaviour is beggar ish( like you are a beggar).

β β β β β Fraud people, accessories too costly, price changes everyday like share prices, tyre which they were selling for 550, got the same for 250. Go qt your own risk if u wish to get looted.

β β β β β It's is one of few shops near Rohini sector 7,8 9, 14 and 13 which has so much of variety.
I have bought 3 cycles from this place. And sharing summary based on experience.
Pros
* Location -easy to locate and on main road
* Variety - has wide variety of air bikes, lead bikes, e-bikes
* Understanding of product they are selling
Cons
* Salesmanship- They need to improve on how the treat customer and show courtesy
*After sales is simply pathetic. Once the product is sold, you will have to wait for hours to get get attention on the product issue. Bikes are simple machines, and don't need too much of maintenance. But even for this they act super pricey
*Authenticit *** - This Is major problem. I am not sure how many parts of bike are original and how many have been swapped. My bike had gear change issue in week one. After 2 visits they accepted it to be real problem and swapped my gear set with set from a new bike. I wonder if original gear set of my bike to was similarly swapped with someone else's?
I will recommend to pay bit more, but goto a better and trustworthy store.

β β β β β Very worst customer service, we have bought a bike for our kid and that bike which they have delivered was already in the second hand condition. When you complaint against it then their sales guy who sold that bike initially to us have committed that they will definitely replace with the new one but when we reach to shop they denied. And the worst part is the owner who don't know specifically how to speak with customers specially lady customer.
We have lost our money.
Recommending to everyone please don't waste your money here but from somewhere else.
Very worst experience.
