Today I took the scotty for 2nd free service but had to return without the job done as they can deliver only next day or later. It is difficult for me to travel to the workshop with the scotty.
I don't understand why the showroom is soo poorly equipped that they can't deliver on the same day.
Moreover, The attending staffs are very abrasive and adamant.
I don't know whether this is a common trend of Hero Electric. But the showroom needs to be more dedicated towards the customer & The Company should ensure that.
A good scotty but A WORTHLESS AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE.
Request the phone number and the email id of Hero Electric for better exchange of issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst after sales service ever.. hell & heaven difference between pre puchase and post purchase behavior. returned 5 times for servicing. they won't even pick up ur calls after sale. most importantly company offered 5yr warranty but they refused after buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only electric two Wheeler showroom in this area. At UB Colony and near to Dunlop crossing and Dunlop bus stop. Polite sale executives and very much friendlier. Vehicles available at good prices and a strange that they deliver at customer's doorstep too ?.
Genuine products and worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The time i went there ,they were out of stock and so i did get to see all the models.
The showroom is in a good location and easily accessible.
Its clean and tidy.
staff had a very good behaviour.
Before purchasing any electronic vehicle do a good research on the internet.
The quality of the bikes are rather not so sturdy and feels like a toy from outside.
The panels are very thin and made from a low quality plastic.
But during riding it was very powerful and didn't feel like a toy.
I suggest you to do a week research on these bikes and go for yourself and check it out.
Do a test drive before purchasing.
I am a nature lover and so i was very much inclined to buy this type of scooter and also since these low speed scooters did required any licence.
I ultimately didn't buy an electric scooter as I felt more work needed to be done on these products.
And also the cost of battery after 3-5 years is really a big disadvantage.
But you should definitely go and check it out and get a feel of these scooters.
