★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like no one is interested in selling ev, s here, at first glance it look like service center or godown rather than showroom. No one approaches you or any type welcoming nature, you have to push the talk by yourself if want to know something. Looks more like visiting SBI Branch... Why hero group is not raising the standard of hero electric dealerships like Rest hero petrol vehicle dealerships ... Future is electric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience there with the sales team, it felt like they are not even interested in selling. Initially when I called to know if the showroom was open, I was answered abruptly. When I reached the showroom, I had to wait so that someone comes to assistance but none bothered until I asked the person for assistance even then got the answer another sales person is showing (who was busy with other people). Finally when I was assisted, I didn’t get much information and was just pointed at the bike/scooter and naming the model until I asked for the basic details such as range, charging hours etc.
I don’t understand why the showroom is running if the sales team is not interested in working and selling the product. I was about to purchase one today but such attitude have lead to losing sure short customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is more like a place storing couple of electric vehicles. When I called they told me they have all the models but when I visited they showed only 3 models, that also the ones which doesn't need registration. The showroom doesn't look like a showroom at all. Not clean. Only 2 staffs. Less interested in selling the bikes. Not at all impressed. I went with a different expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhappy. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Rates changes every time you speak with them. Absolutely disgusting place. Hero made such a good economic e-bikes, but with this showroom cum godown cum service center where no service is provided, its going down hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are extremely unprofessional and cheaters. If there are any faults in newly purchased scooty, they will simply repair it for the time being and will not change the parts.. after few months even when the scooty is in warranty period and the parts stop working, they will ask for charges.. even the free services are not good. They don't cover anything in warranty. Their staffs are very rude.... In services they will even replace some parts with duplicate ones and later sell the original parts to others.. they don't give proper bills for any service.
