★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These dealer is taking high price then other dealers( bardhaman). Optima dual battery at durgapur, they are saying initially customer has to pay around 110000 and customer will get subsidy on later, but i ask to bardhaman dealer they are saying just pay 76500( on road price) and take Home the scooty to your home. At durgapur , they are also saying that customer will get scooty after booking of one month and booking amount is around 20000 to 30000 where, at bardhaman they are saying within 2- 3 days they will provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is all right,but I am in doubt that post sale servicing of the purchased vehicle may be possible or not at nearby sub dealer/selling outlet.Initially they(sub dealer) will agree for the servicing verbally,but when there is situation,they may deny the same,because they have not gained by this transaction (purchasing vehicle from dealer).Otherwise purchasing can be suggested from this dealer (price is also lowest comparing with other non dealer outlets).

Also asking for 5000/- rupees booking charges on their own reason: model is out of stock. I have mailed the customer support. Also I have twitted this issue to the official Twitter handle @Hero_Electric

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i visited recently... The owner is not co.-operative enough. and also very impatient. When prices of the bikes are asked more than once, he says, i cannot repeat.
do proper research beforehand and then buy because u won't be allowed to asked more about the price in details there
and also no stocks available there for test drive.
i hope some other electric bike showroom launches in Durgapur.
