β β β β β Purchased hero nyx from one of hero's delhi showeoom. Yesterday was travelling feom eojini to bahaduegarh suddenly on my way got my scooty stucked and motor got heated. Called the showroom from where i purchsed it, got no support as no support staff available with them and their managers and staff are not trained to help in such situations. After them i called on hero electric's bahadurgarh's showroom. They listen to the incident and problem carefully despite their maintainence staff unavailability due to sunday they suggested me remedy for the problem i was facing and thankfully it worked. Thanks a lot to the person for their help and guidance.
