★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hero builds brilliant motorcycles, with very refined engines, promising addictive performance with an orchestra for noise. However, the brand should expect a dip in its already small sales number if the after-sales network is not strengthened in India, and soon. Losing trust of existing and potential buyers doesn't bode well for a small brand that survives almost entirely on the trust of its customers only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Card is not accepted cos they have to pay tax... Great india is saying digital india n see the big showroom people are not using swipe because they have to pay tax... N no body is questioning... Hatsoff to rajamahendravaram.... Another excellent thing is they charged me for serving twice 350+350... When i used why they said they opened bike twice.... Never visit this service center they are looting the customers....

my hero pleasure serviced here for five times to date 24 1219
Pros-
all the staff are friendly
service station is equipped with good infrastructure, and mechanic staff are quite good in number, they give the bike right on ti me
Even thogh they recommend a few essentials (like nitrogen refill to tyres - costs about 45 inr) we can opt it at our will
the good thing is that the workshop is clean (unlike roadside mechanics they make everything dirty and give it back to us as such)
Cons-
my experience
They didnt rectified my complaints (with sparkplug), may be they were not minded my words as I was giving it to them for Free Service (first five free services are free with a year of the purchase of the vehicle)
that strained me to walk about 2 kms to get my vehicle to nearest mechanic and 100 inr aswel (this was the first time)
then I gave it for service and told them the same and guess what again I faced the same issue right after two weeks of the service, I rectified it making my hands dirty (6 months back)
apart from this everything is good with them especially recent times
I suggest you to go to them and you gotta put your arse right there and check it if you dont know mch about the vehicle you can also be with service personnel toknow more about the vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience here. They usually take more than 30 minutes to book a service request. We will reach the hell after seeing the estimated amount for service. They simply suggest many spare parts replacements if you are less aware about your bike. They won't be delivered your bike on expected time. Didn't respond well to phone calls. It is not suggestible service station.
