★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff. Awfull service experience. The staff here are very rude. They just polish the bike and not repair them.they just harass the people. This is the poorest hero service station i ever had been.

And administration need improve their step by step work because after service station mechanic (who service my bike) not send my job sheet for the next step,
Personally i am stand their for 30 to 40 minutes to collect the service paper the give it to the billong section...
Job pressure more than it's(service centre) capacity, unable to handle that much work, have to increase more staffs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Hero service Center at Kalikapur, Dankuni area. Here you get enough Man power for service your two wheeler. Service is good. They are very helpful. It's little bit costly. Here you get a rest room for the customer also you get toilet & water. Service men's are very well trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall 1st experience was good?. Staffs behavior was standard. Overall clean premises. One thing I have to say, punctuality. Service centre was opened at dot 8 30am. They set up their workstation and available to customers within 15 mins, and all work was started from 8 45am. All work here is systematic. Service cost was in official rate, parts cos5 are also same as original costing.
Customers lounge was avilable , and was overall cleaned,picture attached. Toilet was also available beside customers lounge at 1st floor. You can watch your bike Service is getting done from there.
Payments options are cash and upi only no card transactions are available here.
You can get your bike service done here very quick way and if you are not able to collect your bike on the same day, no problem they will take care of that, garraging facility is also available with a nominal charge of 50 rs per day.
