Broken chair, no water facility, dirty toilets.
Hero is taking its customers for granted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Restroom must be air conditioning but when I came to know that there's no such arrangements.
Only cooler is there which is creating more humidity in this room.
The Directions for Service Centre should be given on roadside so that any customer is able to get proper location without any inconvenience.
Hopefully they understand and keep improving there services.
