★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, worst experience ever, the moment I entered staff wasn't available at the entrance to take care and another customer was abusing the staff badly since his vehicle was parked outside ready for delivery and few bolts were opened.
Anyways that matter apart, I gone for express service, and gave separately my current contact number, still staff is calling the registered number.
When I asked where is my back, attending person(one who creates the jobsheet) was pointing outside, I searched my vehcile for 5 mintues with no success then I noticed it was parked inside just after the was and yet to clean.
I asked for the cleaning boy then he started cleaning and left some places untouched, till here it was bearable, but not normal. Then the cleaning guy in between cleaning process, called somebody and started abusing badly in native language and left the bike uncleaned just to show his aggressiveness.
Probably this isn't a professional behaviour which staff is supposed to keep, management needs to educate staff for this weird behaviour since the lady staff was also available when someone is misbehaving on their personal issues in front of everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't take your problems seriously. They don't resolve the problems in vehicles. Sometimes they even fail to diagnose the fault in the vehicles. The only purpose that it fulfills is your regular free services in which they do the scheduled checkups, topups and minor fixes.
