The vendor has given us a lot of mental harrassment. Initially he said everything will be done and then later on, he delivered not even half of the things.
please be aware of such a vendor. Don't go for him.

I would say not professional at all. He will over commit and under deliver. He will say yes to everything and at the time of delivery, he will give excuses.
If you want to ensure your function becomes an enjoyable experience for you, where you don't have to keep tension of following up with this vendor, don't go ahead with this one.
I have nothing to gain by anyone going to him. It's just that what we went through others shouldn't go through the same.
