★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this review as I am living here. This is a CGHS society, which was handed over in 2010. Area is good and centrally located. You have all amenities at walking distance. Rooms are ok, seepage and termites is a big issue. Also, the flats are mostly owned by locals from different parts of Haryana, Delhi, Punjab. Some of the owners are very good, professional and will give you house in very good condition. However, some of the owners are very bad, they dont know how to keep tenants, wont pay back security money as well. For small things like paying off old dues or repairs, they just dont budge. If you are dealing with local owners, specially who live nearby, pls dont take that house. Prefer a house, which is completely managed by the dealers as you have more chances of getting your security money back and properly maintained house as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society has Enough parking childran parks playground discipline , seems clean no nonsense type , easy access for public transport viz metro cab bus auto also market shopping complex inside and outside . Many online portals find it easy to deliver here though living standard is avg nearby schools are near by and all routes are covered thru here

Also lots of hospital, police station,post office ,metro station and bus connectivity.
