good increments (performance based)
till now there is no POLITICS
only negative point is that you have to serve complete 3 months notice period before leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company to work with. No hygiene is there, located in the basement, employees are very unprofessional. Washrooms are not at all hygienic. I could have rated this place in minus but google doesn't allow me to do it. They don't care about the people coming outside from the organisation, they will just waste your time, they will make you sit for like 2-3 hours and then they will say, they cannot process your application because you have long notice period, they will ask you to call your manager before giving face to face round with the panel, to ask whether the notice period is negotiable or not. Just wow. How could one ask this question before taking the interview? Damn, you should screen the profile before calling them for interview. Why would one be interested in such a unprofessional company? Just why? I had a really bad experience.

Don't go with the negative reviews, because, grapes are sour!
You won't find a single bad review from any ex-employee of this company.
Yes, the interview procedure can be tiresome but this is because the company believes in no-firing policy. So they have to be sure about their hiring. If you have it in you, you will surely get a callback for further rounds.
All these reviewers claiming to solve every question and yet not getting a callback is simply non-sense and illogical in every sense.
In fact Hexaview Technologies is one of the very few companies which values ones skills and talent over the marks he/she has scored in school or college.
So my advice: Go for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello reader , Infrastructure is really good, ,HR team is kindly helpful and in contrast to what others sai commets that the are rude, Yes it's true that there are 3 interview rounds but one with caliber will definitely make it , there is a bond of 2 years and my joining is in process..hope it helps ☺️
