★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to rate a big zero but no option for this hence 1 star, less salary, extra shift without over time, worst management,
I had an accident so I informed my Team Lead Sweety (Advantage One process) about same she asked me to do video call and show her how and where I got injured, when I told her that I need to remove my cloths to show you she replied call another male team leader which is Sushant and show him, so basically they asked me to remove my cloths on video call hence I absconded from this company.
And it was all done under the supervision of Process Manager coz no TL could dare to ask anything like this with managers support .
Most worst experience of my life, I have 6 years of experience never ever seen such company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend got selected here, He told me that work is easy but salary is very low, working hours are much more, traveling facilities are there but timings should be matched with there schedule with your shift...food is nice part its available with penny prices for breakfast and lunch...
Good to start Career, but not for experienced one and I am writing only for Data entry work profiles...

*Poor Management
*Shift Timing more than 12hours.
->I lost my dearest Uncle and Taken a leave for Funeral ,The TL his name is Sushant is totally Pathetic , Unprofessional Behaviour,English bhi ni aati usko...I had informed my Assigned TL for a leave...Even I Told Sushant who was not my TL about leave nd death scenario of my uncle after I saw his missed call in the morning because he was calling at night shift timing at the moment I was sleeping by switching off the phone..still behaving with me pathetic on text ..I was already emotionally disturbed due to that scenario nd Sushant was disturbing with without any valid reason ...So many people might had Experienced nd I'am One of them... They intentionally ruind my career path by Termination
I left the Company on 28th July nd got the fnf on 3rd November ...A very very very much Lazy and Unprofessional HR I had ever seen giving the commitment for fnf after 45 working days nd I got that After 4months rather than 45days
Hexaware is good but not Nagpur nd The Advantage process also ?

Otherwise the management is trash, I resigned company serving 30 days notice period and my TL raised wrong ticket saying I absconded. Then another ticket was raised which was waste of time.. Usually Full and final salary and exit documents are provided after 45 days but it took them 5 long months to send me only experience letter and my remaining salary was credited after 5 months 2 weeks..
Also they ask you to work overtime and does not pay properly.. and its not just me those who left company, my colleagues said the same thing that they are delaying this procedure for so much time! Also the HR don’t reply to your mails on timely basis you have to plea to them as if we have stolen anything from them
Will never suggest this company to anyone ever.
