★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we thinking about mall then shopping comes to our mind and time spend, but this will not in this case. It doesn't have much shops for shopping. This mall is like 'khichdi' it contains few shops, marriages hall, lawyer or others offices, MI gallery, etc. I didn't found food court in mall ? I think it is in loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is located near santacruz railway station. The mall not so big and not so great. Many shops are closed. Most of shop are commercial. Parking is available in the basement. No cafeteria in this mall if you want to have food you can buy outside this mall. I personally didn't like this mall. Royal Enfield warehouse is located in this mall on the back side thay give bike delevey from this mall. Two star from my side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located close to santacruz railway station so connectivity is good. The mall has more than half the shops non functional/closed. I had been to the banquet on the 5th floor. There is service lift from the parking area to the banquet which is good for carrying decoration, music, light, sound equipments directly to the hall. There is no lift to the basement parking hence someone parking on their own will have to walk their way up till the lift. The parking place is also shared by MCGM for auto parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Bad, Location is Good near Santa Cruz Station on West Side at a walkable distance. But almost 60% of the shops were closed. They have got Two Banquet Halls to n 5th Floor.
