1) First of all shop should provide receipts for the purchase items, most of the times it is not provided.
2) If the receipts are provided hopefully to have return policies printed over it.
3) While purchasing if there is the possibility of exchange due to size, which is upfront told the salesperson, he doesn't bother to explain the return policies orally as well. So that customer is aware of the return policy.
4) Every shop has a return policy but giving transparency of the policy beforehand is very important.
5) Very bad experience being a regular customer. We don't expect to change return policies but transparency matters.
6) Item returned in just 15 mins because of size which was already told to salesperson, he should have informed the return policies orally if not written on payment bills.
7) Shop has good baby stuff, hopefully, the owner improves the process followed in the shop and give some transparency.
