I think they not able to handle critical case.

at Hi-tech Aadhar Critical Care Centre have made all the difference.
At the hospital are very warm and caring staff from the reception, the
doctors, the nurses, and other departments.
I have an immense pleasure in penning my experience as a
patient's daughter at your esteemed institution, which is under
the care of a young and charismatic specialist, Dr. Dhananjay
Khatavkar. The utmost care which my father has received under his hand would enable me to refer many patients to him and to this hospital for treatment.
Dr. Dhananjay Khatavkars' supportive nature during dad's hospitalization was of immense help. Despite of his busy daily schedule of OPD and daily cases, he
finds time to visit the inpatients’ thus cheering and encouraging
them. He has an eagle eye in diagnosing the problem of his patients and
does a meticulous and professional service with a smile.
It was indeed a beautiful experience for dad to avail treatment and a fast
recovery under his care and guidance. His personal attachment with the ailing
patient, the devotion to his duty as a doctor and commitment to his profession
adhering the best medical ethics is commendable and praiseworthy.
I wish him a very successful voyage in his long lasting profession, which he will
walk many more miles bringing cheer and happiness to many more patients'
with his smiley face. Specialists of this cadre will be an asset to this hospital for
years to come.
My dad left the hospital with a very pleasant memory of the treatment
rendered at the hospital. My prayers and good wishes go out to one and all at the hospital.
In conclusion, let me once again thank the entire hospital management
for a wonderful experience...I indeed heard of “Service with a smile."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my granny & just check her blood pressure & heart rate monitor,
& said we need to admit her into the ICU without any proper reason, she condition was not that much bad and that time she is just having little bit muscle pain on right side of her shoulder. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very worst experience in this hospital. My mother in law was admitted over there and unfortunately we lost her in this hospital only. Might be due to her health was not responding to the treatment and Dr.s were trying their best but no luck. In between these days I had very pathetic experience with their facility and service team. They don't have respect to patients relatives who struggling over there. The staff mainly in accounts is worse i have ever seen. Also they sale few accessories more than MRP cost which is again an issue. End of the day the situation of patients relatives getting worse while dealing with their staff who are treating relatives very badly and unprofessional manner.
