★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guided by many positive reviews online, I contacted the proprietor Mr. Vijay over the phone. Owing to Covid restrictions, I never visited nor met him personally. Just sent the rough design and dimensions of the name plate over Whatsapp and discussed the business. Aaand that's it.... the job was done in a couple of days which was then forwarded by them to my home address via speed post. Really nice service, with a commitment to quality [attaching the image here with the review].
Feedback: Please make sure the packing is done properly. Some of the screws slid off a hole while transit, which caused extra inconvenience in finding replacements.

So I reached out to him and I was so surprised because they had so many varieties that we got confused but everyone there was so humble that we never got tensed in choosing the perfect name plate...the staff there is very cooperative, the designer is also very nice and he himself is a very nice person. The owner of this firm Mr Vijay is really helpful & artistic ,one can completely rely on him for the design and making. Also about the staff very cooperative i would say as i have never heard a "NO" from them on any request.
