★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad services from hicare. Even after constant followup we have lot of issues. The staff come from the company don't know what chemical to spray and where. They do not know what chemical they are using. Purely unprofessional and shabby job they are doing. After this month we shall be taking their contract off. Very very bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent was on phone the whole time attending other customers' orders. Availed for cockroach control services last month. Cockroaches appeared again. When I called customer service to complaint they said they are not responsible for it after service is done!
Customer care gave an excuse saying if only I had availed for full year service they would bother but since I availed one-time service it is now entirely my problem after paying more than 2000 Rupees!
A complete waste of my money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a fraud company, i had asked for disinfectant misting for which they promised Ayush approved , non toxic chemical free herbal technology but in reality they did a misting with mosquito repellent.
It was K - othrine insecticide. When repeatedly asking the manager and the custom service provider they explained saying “the product was just changed to the k - otheine bottle because it was difficult for them to carry with the original bottle.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been making use of their services for pest control for the past ten years. I called them two weeks ago . It was a neat job and it is definitely effective in preventing the cockroaches entering the house. But there is one problem. There were two many SMS messages and emails before and after service which is irritating to me. I have to share the OTP before and after the service. This is unnecessary as per my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are never on time.. person has no idea what to do. No matter how many calls you make they are not bothered to listen or solve your issue where issue is simple like maintain time. If you want the service to be done at night pls fix a morning appointment because they have there own clock it seems. Sometimes the person may not come at all. And cockroaches are everywhere even after doing it 3 times and it is full chemicals not herbal at all. Pls help yourself by not taking the service and don’t trouble them. They cannot do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for insect service on contract from Hicare. The service was satisfactory. But the service person addressed my elder sister who is a senior citizen casually in singular language like helu, nodu, bidu kind of words.
It might be usual in karnataka to talk to senior citizen women, labourers, disabled persons without respect in singular language like helu kodu tago etc. But this is not acceptable. Should have mutual respect for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took cockroach treatment on 21-OCT-2021 and they promised 6 free visits in a year by paying 2100/-.I tried calling the person who gave me service. He is not attending my calls and not replying for my messages. When I called customer care number they are saying my phone number not registered even though I have bill number and Invoice copy. Full fraud company. Please Please Please think while taking service and don't loose your Mooney with fraud company and people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be better but now a days their service has degraded. After making payment, they make you wait for service appointments like 1-2 weeks still the technician does not come on time. Also they keep trying new products which is low quality and does not do the job. I have paid 10 days back still 1st service is not completed. I have tried contacting their customer care and they are very arrogant. Please consider some other pest control service provider.
