model dt 10 batch no 18021940.
but one weeks after Hicks thermometer get despley error marks ....E rr...... So product very defect this company....

I must say Pathatic performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ever I bought Hick's thermometer,it has some manufacturing defect.
I bought one today from near medical, surprisingly it has ISI mark,and it has fixed painted strip from 36 to 38, means no reading possible.
Earlier I bought another same brand(looks in Maharashtra they sell only Hick's as it might giving much more profit than other brand),that was not giving any reading.
Never buy Hick's branded items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Company they are frod , I purchased Thermometer online from their website which delivered to me in not workable condition. Immediately after delivery I tried to contact on help line number they given on their website but for three days no response third day some one picked up my call and I surprised he told me that they don't have any process to re pick up the defected product delivered and also said that the same I have to courier to them at my own cost even without getting the replacement first. I also emailed to them but no response till date. Finally I filed complaint against them in consumer court let's see now what will be the outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ever customer care service. I placed an order on 7th May 2021 for a thermometer and till date it has not been delivered. I have reached out to customer service plenty of times and everytime they say that the refund would be issued in a couple of days. But it has been 4 months I haven't received any refund. I wrote a detailed mail giving them the sequence of events but still there has been no response to even that. It is waste of time speaking to these guys as they don't care anything about customer. Never ever go for this brand.
