It is situated in Narkalbagan more beside Biswa Bangla Gate and Convention center.on the main gate of HIDCO BHAVAN there is an enquiry office . A huge screen is placed on the front of HIDCO BHAVAN is which recent events , Festival wishes , HIDCO conducting programs, Summits etc relation information displays .This building is surrounded by beautiful gardening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.(HIDCO) maintain, monitoring and planing for new town area under the West Bengal Government. HIDCO notify and arrange to sell the land in new town area. Land sell in the terms of free hold and lease hold basis. staff are qualified and well behaviour. The building area is clean and tidy. In winter season the building is looking good for colourful flower. canteen also available in the ground floor(back side of the building), but the canteen is very messy, floor are unclean and oily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent architecture of the building is always an attraction. Good work environment inside. Must see the garden blooming with seasonal flowers.... A nice ambience in total. The cleanliness of the Hidco bhawan is a lesson to be learnt for other offices of Kolkata.
