Took two round of interviews and after that they don't have the budget that's why he was asking irrelevant questions.
I don't know why they have kept their brains hidden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been almost a year since I have joined Hidden Brains. The journey is smooth as it was never in my previous companies. I have learned a lot and learning is a never ending process that I have realized here.
Some pros:
Employee friendly, cool environment, good work ethics, nice place for entry level employment. Enormous growth opportunities, Job Security and I can list down a series of pointers that I have in my mind.
Also, the management is directly approachable and the people are respected over here.
Advice to Management:
They are doing a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to request management to change the policy of asking salary slip of candidates without an offer letter..HR will ask for salary slip after 1 st round and after 2nd round seems like they do not have budget to hire right candidate... ???

HR wants to see personal transaction in bank statement. You are not authorized to ask or force to any candidate . you have to just verify salary with slip. Very Bad polices and management also.
If you don't have a sufficient budget as per the market standard & ectc of candidate then you don't have any right to waste any candidate's time. your time is not precious , but others time is precious.

The company itself is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization that I can tell you, the reader, that this review will be read, pondered, and acted upon by the leadership team and the entire company. The compensation, benefits, and perks are top notch for the industry.
The organization is people centric, they build on their employee's strengths. One gets intellectual freedom to hone their skill set. The roles are structured in such a way that each employee gets an exposure to overall functioning the particular project they work on. Hence, the learning benefit is immense. If you are looking at building your career in HR, must invest time in yourself and join the firm.

Please continue to be transparent. Please continue to help us make organization changes that lead to better outcomes for our clients and ourselves.
