★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant experience at Hidesign Connaught Place store on 14th Jan’21. I bought a handbag and at the time of purchasing, I requested for a new piece; and I was told that I’m getting a brand-new piece. Although to my surprise, when I opened the package at my home, I realized that they had given me the same ‘floor/display’ piece. The handbag doesn’t look new and Gold buckles are already worn-out.
I don’t expect this kind of customer service from a brand like Hidesign. If you didn’t have a new piece, you should have just communicated so instead of giving misleading information.
Overall, good quality of handbags but bad customer service.
