★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order HIDESIGN products online specially from their own website. I placed an order for a wallet and they sent me a torn and old one. When I requested to return the product, t took a dozon of reminders to made them do so. And further it took another month to get the refund. The worst online purchase I ever made!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good showroom but the staffs are not good. I purchased two bags on discount. One had 30percent discount and one had 50 percent discount. The sales girl charged 30 percent discount for both the bags. I paid by ATM. Later I realised one bag was on 50 percent discount. When I called them, they said please come to the shop and take the remaining amount which I paid extra. The staffs are really rude. I requested them to give me a duplicate copy of receipt which they denied to give. Really disappointed by the staffs and service of the CP store of High Design
