★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is so sick, he will ask you to exchange if it doesn't fit to your kid. And when you go he will blame you back that it is not in the condition to sell it again.
We told him that the dress would not fit to one year kid, he said this is the perfect size take it and exchange if any issue.
Recommend you not to go on his words if you are shopping from the same shop.
