There was some problem in my old glass windows , their staff and workers were very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No professionalism,. Labour is not expert. Once paid in advance , you call them for days and they will not listen. Almost all glass fitted at my home have broken edges.

1. They guaranteed delivery within 1 day, and took 8 days for just a single piece of mirror
2. We had urgent requirement, and despite of daily calls to them, either they did not picked up the calls, told that it will be there by EOD, I will say quite a hassle experience
3. Additional charges when the delivery came, with rude behavior from owner and his father.
4. Took Rs.80 extra and despite several ask, did not return till date.
5. Took 500 advance for 1200 mirror, and we were stuck with them
6. We asked for different type of glass, and they delivered something else. On saying, they said you may be wrong, we can't be, you must have ordered the same thing.
Overall, either don't pay advance at all Or dont prefer their service.
