★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The big advantage of working in a small organisation is the opportunity to learn. This company welcomes all new ideas and gives ample space to work. It is not a place to learn basics but if you know your subject well then you can see your work and effort going places and feel really fulfilled.Also my IT team was really awesome and supportive.Salary is low here and the scope of salary improvement is low ,but good environment definitely.
