We cannot trust this travel. Your laguage and you personally as per safety, this travel is pathetic. I will never suggest this travels to anybody.
Be safe and be cautious.
Many things observed:
1. Starting of the trip agreeing to the trip plan and later at end of trip stopping at random place and demanding for money.
2. Theft, stealing hotel rooms materials by drivers
3. Taking extra money from customers by saying will return it later
4. In courtesy including them in our breakfast dinner and lunch but still showing bad attitude
5. Not at all respecting our time and delayed purposefully to avoid few places in the agreed plan.
6. Demanding extra money and spoiling the trip.

For lunch n dinner, they used to run a bill upto 650 for 2 people
We had a friend who wanted to reach Delhi at the earliest, but purposely delayed dropping him to Delhi because of which we had to get a lawyer friend speak to the travel guys
These travellers should compensate for their drivers behavior.
Necessary actions should be taken because many people who travel from different state will face consequences with safety wise.

We had a family Tour of Rajasthan. It was a nice experience overall. Services were offered as committed. But the best time to visit rajasthan is always in winter . definitely going to book with same company. Thanks Mr Rajesh to make our tour memorable.
I've only received excellent service from everyone involved. Rajesh was great - he gave me advice on various elements, such as where to shop and where not to shop etc. - things that tourists wouldn't know or even think of. The hotels were fantastic too! They catered to all of my needs and nothing was ever a problem for them.

perfect customer service by hill top travels pvt ltd (sanjay) driver. he was so helpful, he go to extra mile by giving his valuable suggestion, acting as a tour guide,tacking us to best restaurants and keeping the car clean and these extra efforts make our holiday excellent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall tour was decent, Our driver Kishor was decent but not terribly personable. he didn't really care for the idea and had us wait while he lunch . The real gem of the experience was how great our driver was. As I was sick, he went out of his way to stop at a doctor on the way to Jaipur and helped me obtain cough medicine. Later, he stopped on his own time (while we were touring) and also picked up some medicine for me. he was very kind and offered to take me to the hospital. Thankfully I started doing better as we got closer to New Delhi. He told us that his guests are the most important priority when he is a driver. His actions proved that he lives by this motto. His name iskishor and I would highly recommend him as a driver. best service by driver Hill Top Travels Pvt Ltd............................

Ticketing , Tempo Traveller and hotels everything is good.Transport Service is good well behave Driver Kishor well dressed Tempo Traveller is new and clean my Himachal and Rajasthan tour was memorable with Hill Top Travels Pvt .Ltd. Good service and helping staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service... I booked a day package to Agra the previous day and they told me that the bus would depart at 6:15am and someone would come to the hotel. However, no one turned up even until 8:30am! And the phone numbers in the receipts were unresponsive. Finally I Google's and spoke to some guy who casually told me that the bus is cancelled. I mean, come on! A tourist comes to India with plans and after waiting for so long... The least they could have done is told me about the bus cancellation so that I could have made some other plan...
Terrible service! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
