★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design of the building is very good. Our flat has 3 balconies and we can view the buildings of Goregaon upto Worli from our balconies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall place is good. But, the directions we get to reach this place are not accurate and do not consider the metro and other work. Security is good and lifts are well maintained.Neighbourhood is still getting developed hence shops are not accessible nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HillCrest is a 23 storied apartment building visible from almost all around its sides even from near and distant areas. There are not any tall buildings around HillCrest except the 8 storied SRA Buildings on the east. Therefore every flat in HillCrest has a very good uninterrupted distant view in the directions in which the flat is situated. (Except from some flats up to 10 stories on the east side whose views are blocked by SRA Buildings.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place and view from the place is great but the builder is not to be trusted. False promises and lack of integrity. Out maintenance monies account for nothing, no proper upkeep of the place. They are bankrupt and now seek money from us by arm twisting us. Still no handover of 2 other wings.
