Positive =
1. Peaceful Environment
2.Good in Academics
3.Average faculty
Negative=
1.No exposure here like others nlus
2.Campus building is on temporary basis
3.Hostels are far away and not safe as no security arrangements.
4.Food is okay okay
5.Mess charges and breakfast charges are separate.
6.Only a small amount of admission fees is refundable.
Conclusion =
I personally prefer that those who want to take admission here please visit the university and decide on your own .
My viewpoint =
I prefer students to go for tier 1 or tier 2 nlus ; Nlu delhi , glc and pu chandigarh because here fees is so high and on records university mentioned 2 ,20 ,500 but reality is different it costs you around 3 lac +and i don't think you can explore more here because of it's location .Better to join any private college in Delhi or Mumbai where exposure is more.DON'T JOIN THE UNIVERSITY ONLY FOR TAG .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near 16 mile (a place name), 25 Km away from Shimla, and around 8 km from Ghanahatti on Shimla- Mandi National Highway(NH). This university is at initial stage and growing fast. Nearest town or a big village is Dhami but about 4-5km away from NH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got admission in this college and therefore I went there and started living in hostel room but on the first day my room lock was broken up by registrar’s relatives and when i called him, he just ignore my words and hanged up.
Also i heard that they are not serving good food and all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NLU Himachal Pradesh is located in Ghandal, Shimla. Location is very scenery and beautiful. It is a state government University. It is 16 km from the main shimla. It has a good infrastructure. Students can easily arrange accommodation near by this in around 3k to 5k.
