This case happened with me and happening right now, I am calling continuously but i never get any response form your side. I have urgent query . They should need to overcome from the given issue and it will help the people, those are connected to hpspc Shimla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst experience dealing with your office, no one is there to pick up calls, neither on landline nor on mobile number providedon your website.
I have applied for tranfer of registration from HP to Punjab, despite submitting required fee and reminding again and again on email, still nothing has been done for last 1 and a half month.
You don't even bother to revert on any of the emails.
