★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Vishal from Himachal Real Estate. He showed me properties that were neither explicitly consented to be rented nor looking to be leased by the owners without the prior knowledge and viewing consent of the owners and, at the same time, quoting/inflating prices without any market sense or discretion.
More so, without informing beforehand, solely with the intent of siphoning a buck, he detoured after the viewings for a 5-minute 'Tea/Snack Pit-stop' near a temple and later had the audacity to demand Rs. 500 on the pretext of 'Heritage Site Visit Charges'.
To add icing to the cake, after the viewing was complete, he demanded another Rs. 500 for property viewing charges, again without explicit notice or transparency of intension in advance.
Bottom-line - Stay away from Himachal Real Estate at all costs. Just in for a quick buck - Neither possess the ethical correctness nor the professional standing to materialize any serious headway in your property rental endeavour.
P:S - Most of the other 5-star reviews are self-reviews by the company/agents/friends themselves.

Only one that is so unsure of his deal making repertoire that he has to safeguard risk by ensuring a measly sum in advance.
Or one that is not even permitted to show the property in the first place, One that has to collect a paltry sum and make a run for it for it before owner finds out.
