- right fare (did not need to negotiate endlessly)
- kept us informed throughout about when is the right time to leave, what to expect etc.
- driving (seamless, never rushed, always calm and composed even during peak traffic; followed all traffic rules when people around where breaking it)
- very polite, helpful and respectful
