She is thinking "Uske baap Ka raaz hai AUR sab Uske gulam".
Except parking you can't use any other aminities

Planning of building is pleasant.
they celebrate every festival from new year to holi to kojagiri in the society together.
People are good but they do not treat tenants as residents of the apartment and that is why tenants do not feel involved.
else, everything is fine.
