Very well organized and well executed to make sure that we should not have any issue in our trip. Right from commuting arrangement, Hotel accommodation, Sightseeing, Food etc. We enjoyed a lot and made lots of memories. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience with this package,they will not coordinate with the hotel people and drivers regarding the payment.Driver assigned to us threatened to stop the car until the payment has done.And in the last minute ,we faced problem with checkout in Manali,hotel people charging us extra 15k for the stay,after lot of discussion with the package people they sorted it.If your willing to have a peaceful trip and choosing "This package" ,I assure, you end up spending more money and with awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The driver assigned to us was very rude and thereathened to stop the car untill the payment was done. No coordination between the driver and package provider.
The itinerary provided is incomplete and the agent has failed to provide complete and valid information and we ended up spending more money than expected. They don't even call and check on our status or well being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be better if we would have gone by our own. They did not inform us many factors that revolved around our journey. About the snow areas, local vehicles, journey time from Delhi to Manali and finally room price.
Challenges we faced Throughout,
1. Payment issues, We are informed to pay the installments to the mediator but our driver threatened us to pay money to him and stopped the car in between.
2. Journey time was longer than usual. Driver had to stop the car and we had to book a room in the late night without the package money since we were unable to reach the destination
3. Check-in confirmation. We had to check in on the night of 14th April. But we didn't because of the above issue. No one. Literally no one from the package management has called to ensure of we were safe.
4. We were not informed that we need to pay local drivers for going to the snow areas. There again we had to pay extra amount from our pocket
5. Travellers informed that there would be snow in solang valley, but is not. So we had to travel to other place out of our money.
6. Accomodation and food was good, just a blessing in a disguise.
7. The day before we had to checkout, the hotel management has asked for more money as a pending money. For which we had to make several discussion here and there with package and hotel management and finally got settled up.
8. Rothang pass is closed till end of April and somehow knowing that fact these people have added that in our itinery. Great!
Despite of these challenges, one thing to be felt secure and happy is that we had a time to time pick up and drop off from all the places and constant communication with Shalini if any issues.
If they would have informed everything in the first place and managed their drivers and hotel management they have enrolled.it would have been a great experience.
