★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at this store. I had bought contact lens, and paid 4190. They then said after a few days, the lens of the ordered brand was not available. So, they substituted with a different brand which costed 4000. They didn’t return the balance and told the balance 190 would be adjusted if I bought anything later. So, later on, I went to buy lens solution and showed them the card which had the balance details. To my surprise, they said the amount would be adjusted only if I purchased spectacles. The way they cheated me, is very disappointing. Also, their behaviour was very rude when I wanted my balance to be cleared and told me on my face it wouldn’t be possible. Extremely disgusted at such malpractices from such a reputed brand.
