totally.pathetic.people. beware of purchasing anything from them.. you will regret later...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken the service for cleaning and servicing of my sunflame gas stove. The service representative visited my home and washed the burner plates with some chemical due to which all polish of the metal has gone and the surface has become so rough. The carbon reside on the inner surface of burner has not been removed and one of my burner is not functioning properly as there is no flame. The service assistant was also very ill mannered and misbehaved with my father at home . I have called up Himanshu Kitchen appliances for rectification of the burner, but his response is also not good. He says that the service assistant will be sent if available. Still waiting for him to respond.

But when I searching for the shop I can't able to find it ..... then I ask local people about the shop they also not know then someone tell it is on 1st Floor , two shop left of Aggrawal Shop so finally I reach their.... I have 4 star because kitchen appliance and their products like motor, capacitor, wire are available their....So basically you get item but you find difficulty to search it.....
