This service center is synonymous with bad service quality, ill mannered management and untrained staff.
We came here for getting ignition lock changed on my Scorpio. Tall promises were made. The management is so poor that they couldn't even give me a quotation initially.
For next two days, we kept calling and visiting the service center to enquire if the service had been done and the part been changed. After 4 days and our regular follow-up, the local technician gave up. We were also tired of waiting endlessly.
We decided to take the vehicle elsewhere. And therefore asked them to return the vehicle. This made matters worse for us. The staff started to misbehave.
Anyways, I settled the bill and then started towards home about 6 KM sway. While driving I was feeling that something was still wrong.
Surprise Surprise..... the service center had forgotten to tighten the screws on one of the wheels. A major accident could have happened. I am glad that I noticed it in time.
To top the ordeal, I later found out that our tool kit was missing. In spite of multiple reminders, it couldn't be found.
My overall advice is that you are not going to benefit at all by getting your service done at Himmatsingka Brothers. It is better to drive away to Dumka or Deoghar or Purnea.
